Metastatic Low-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer Causing Severe Pulmonary Hypertension

She died on hospital day 29 after rapidly progressive pulmonary hypertension. Autopsy attributed the pulmonary hypertension to metastatic ovarian serous carcinoma with pulmonary arterial tumor emboli.
