What happened, in summary

Magnolia, from Colombia, was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer after noticing a hard breast mass. In March 2022, Magnolia was declared cancer-free. She described herself as remaining in remission while continuing hormone therapy. Fear of recurrence still affected her, and support from psychologists and psychiatrists helped her cope. She also became more focused on healthier eating, emotional well-being, and time with her family. She contacted her parents more often, spent more time with her children, and hoped to travel with them through the Colombian countryside. Her experience combined ongoing fear with courage, gratitude, faith, and hope.
