What happened, in summary

Fadia was first diagnosed with breast cancer at age 32. At the beginning, she did not fully understand what the diagnosis meant, but she chose patience and leaned on the people around her. Her first breast cancer treatment journey lasted 3 years. During that time, she used hair extensions and false eyelashes and spoke about the experience with optimism rather than shame. After that first recovery, cancer returned repeatedly. The illness later involved her bones, spleen, lung and liver, and finally her brain. The brain tumor was treated with surgery, and the operation was successful. Afterward, Fadia shared that she had left the hospital safely and was feeling better. As of the August 2023 update, Fadia had recovered again and continued to speak to other people with cancer. She urged them to hold onto strength, determination, patience, and the support of loved ones while going through treatment.
