Stage II Breast Cancer: Paula's Patient Story

What happened, in summary

Paula found a strange lump in her right breast and was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. She had no other symptoms. Paula had not made permanent lifestyle changes, but treatment affected intimacy, travel, and time with her four children. Her family remained her main source of strength. She hoped to regain health and fitness, return to work, and take a family holiday after treatment. Her greatest fear was becoming sicker and causing her family more worry. She tried to take each day as it came, spend more time with loved ones, get fresh air, and volunteer.
